How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged anything.
If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again,
but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation.
Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months.
Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade from the Free plan to a paid plan at a later date?
If you upgrade from the Free plan to a paid plan, you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial.
The 30-day free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paid plan now.
Is this a long-term committment?
iPresnt Online is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments
on your part. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes - and it's very easy. Simply click on the "Account" tab and then choose "Change Plan".
Also, there is no "set-up" or extra "one-time" fees when you upgrade - you can upgrade or downgrade
as often as you'd like, or as your needs change. When you change plans, the new charge will take effect
on your next billing. If you cancel your account, we'll never bill you again.
We don't pro-rate partial months, and we cannot issue refunds for partial or previous months.

What types of payment do you accept? Will you take a P.O.? Can you invoice us?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online
so we will not be able to accept a P.O. or invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
Can I customize my own plan with the features and amounts I need?
Yes. Contact us - we'll help you pick the perfect plan, or
you can customize a plan to your exact needs.
I just need an online quiz and assessment tool - can I only use the Quizzes and Reporting features?
Yes. Contact us and we'll create a custom plan for your
exact needs. For example, if you need Unlimited quizzes, but don't plan on publishing presentations - we'll
get you setup with that type of account for a very reasonable price.

Storage
This is the maximum amount of space for all your published presentations. Presenations may include audio, video and slides. As a general rule of thumb here is how much content you can store for each of the package plans:
- Pro - 360 hours / video or 2400 hours / audio
- Premium - 180 hours / video or 1200 hours / audio
- Plus - 60 hours / video or 360 hours / audio
- Basic - 20 hours / video or 120 hours / audio
- Personal - 10 hours / video or 40 hours / audio
- Free - 1 hour / video or 4 hours / audio
Members
A member is a user who has been assigned a username and a password for your site.
Member accounts allow you to:
- Specify which users and groups are permitted to view your content.
- Track your users' activity.
Publishers
A publisher is a member, that you've given permission to publish content to your site. Administrators can also publish to your site and count as a Publisher.
Courses
A course allows you to group a related content (presentations, quizzes, surveys) for easy access by your students/viewers. Each course gets its own 'home page' which includes a course description, instructor names, pertinent dates, etc. You may also setup additional pages such as course syllabus, reading materials, and links to other resources, all from the course home page.
Presentations
A presentation is a multimedia presentation that contains audio or video with synchronized PowerPoint slides. It also may be an audio or video podcast as well.
Presentations are published to your iPresent Online site using our content authoring tool, iPresent Presio.
Quizzes
A quiz is an online test or assessment that you create within your site. You can create multiple choice, multiple answer, or true/false questions.
Quiz results are tracked and you can easily view or download reports to see how your members/viewers scored.
Surveys
You can easily create online surveys to gather information from you student, customers, employees, etc. You can create a variety of question types including Multiple Choice, Pick from List, Checkboxes, Scale (1-n), Free Text, or Paragraph Text.
Survey results are tracked and you can easily view or download reports to see how your members/viewers answered.
Presentation Views
Each time a presentation is viewed by a member or a public viewer, it is counted as one view.
